In addition to my job as a biology teacher, I’m working as an associated scientist of the Natural History Museum Vienna on the taxonomy of Veliidae, mainly from South East Asia. I am also very fascinated by Reduviidae, especially from Central and South America, since I have been to Costa Rica and Ecuador several times. Furthermore, I am interested in the distribution and ecology of the heteropteran fauna of my home country Austria and Europe.
