I'm curator of mollusks at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia and a professor at Drexel University, with which the Academy is affiliated. My database "Malacolog", for Western Atlantic Marine Mollusks has been online since 1995, but hasn't been updated since 2009. It will be revived as part of the Eastern Seaboard project, to provide bounding boxes and depth ranges for species. I'm also an editor of mollusks for WoRMS/MolluscaBase and a formerly a Commissioner on the International Commission of Zoological Nomenclature.
